Topics in exam APP-101
This exam measures your ability to install,
implement, administer, and troubleshoot
AppSense Management Suite software based on
version 8.1.x of the products in the suite. Before
taking the exam, you should be proficient with all
four products in the AppSense Management
Suite; Environment Manager, Application
Manager, Performance Manager, and the
AppSense Management Center.
The exam is weighted across all four products in
the AppSense Management Suite. The
percentages indicate the approximate relative
weight of each product tested by the exam.
Exam questions were derived from three sources,
the AppSense Professional course, the product
documentation, and scenarios and situations that
should be encountered by an AppSense
administrator with at least 3-6 months of
production AppSense experience. Questions on
each exam are drawn from an extensive pool of
potential questions making it highly unlikely that
the same questions or topic mix will appear in
any given sitting. The weightings for product
areas and sources are shown in the following
tables:
AppSense Professionals Certification Exam Certification Benefits
After successful completion of the APP-101 exam,
you will obtain the AppSense Certified
Professional certification. You will receive via
email, a link to a secure area of the
myAppSense.com website where you will be
asked to accept the terms and conditions
agreement associated with the certification. You
will then be able to download a copy of your
certificate and gain access to the AppSense
Certified Professional logo which you may use as
outlined in the terms and conditions agreement.
